Luciene Grubbs is an accomplished legal professional specializing in international law based in Miami, Florida. She founded Grubbs Law and holds an L.L.M. in U.S. law from George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School in Virginia, as well as an L.L.M. in Business Law from Ibmec University in Rio de Janeiro.
Highlights of Lis’ career include recognitions such as the Chiquinha Gonzaga Medal and a Congratulatory Motion for her economic contributions in Rio. She founded Grubbs Legal Consultant, focusing on the internationalization of companies and strengthening institutional ties between Rio and the U.S.
Graduated in Strategic Leadership (Ohio University), MBA in Business Management (IBMEC-RJ), and Bachelor of Laws. Specialist in Privacy, ESG, and Data Protection. Completed postgraduate studies in International Law and Immigration.
Certified by Data Privacy Brazil (2019). Led over 70 projects related to LGPD, pioneered gamification in training, and is a licensed broker (CRECI/RJ) since 2007. Achieved millions in real estate sales and over 40 million reais in legal fees as managing partner at a major law firm in Latin America.
