Grubbs Legal Consultant, LLC is a Florida-based Brazilian legal consultancy, formed in 2022. We serve clients in the United States and Brazil, with a cross-border perspective.

The company is led by Luciene Grubbs, a Brazilian attorney (OAB/RJ). She is a Foreign Legal Consultant, Not Admitted to Practice Law in Florida, certified by the Supreme Court of Florida, and has extensive experience in commercial contracts, corporate matters, media and rights management, and international business. She holds an LL.M. in U.S. Law from George Mason University. Her legal advice is limited to Brazilian law.
