Luciene Grubbs is the founding partner of Grubbs and has over 20 years of legal experience in Brazil and the United States. She is based in Miami, Florida, and holds two Master’s degrees in Law (L.L.M.): one in U.S. Law from George Mason University and another in Business Law from Ibmec University in Rio de Janeiro.
Luciene is a licensed foreign legal consultant with the Florida Bar and a member of the Brazilian Bar Association. She is fluent in English and Portuguese and proficient in Spanish. Throughout her legal career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to professional development and advocating for her clients.

Her experience includes working as a foreign legal consultant, contract specialist, and paralegal in immigration law and litigation. Luciene has over 15 years of legal experience in Brazil and her work in the United States. She has worked as an attorney in prestigious law firms specializing in civil, labor, and contract law. Notably, she worked at Globo Comunicação e Participações Ltda., the largest media company in Latin America, where her focus was on copyright and contracts. Luciene also led the legal departments of the media companies Rádio Tupi and Jornal do Commercio for a decade. Her roles in these organizations highlight her management skills and broad knowledge of the industry.
